Recorded Archives Use agreement and TOS
By using this site and/or downloading files you are asserting that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms Of Service and Usage agreement! There is a link on ever one of our pages to this TOS!
The term (Data) is used in this TOS referring to all files of any format (ie .zip ,exe, .txt .jpg , js etc, etc..) documents, pictures, text including website content!
The Term (RA) will be used in reference to Recorded Archives

Data 
Almost All data on this site belongs to their prospective owners or copyrights. We are not the creators and are not responsible for any content or any damage you may think you received from this site. Everyone should take regular security precautions when dealing with any unknown resources, such as virus scans, censorship, product research and equipment compatibility. All data on this site should be treated as a unknown resource!
RA Does not support or necessarily recommend any data you may encounter on our website. Nor does RA necessarily believe in any data as to be true such as religious, government, history etc, etc.

Data Downloads
RA does do some virus scan on data that we make available to download off of our servers, however all virus scanners are not perfect!  Most files are linked to the creator or copyright entities and websites and every guest or registered user should treat every file as a threat until you are completely satisfies it is not. Some download links will even take you off the RA site completely!
Data links and post are completed by the RA owner or staff, we do not allow user submissions except by email recommendations and those may take some time to post because we check out all data we put on this site thoroughly, most all data on this site is free or freeware offered by the creator or by license. 

Comments
RA tries to maintain a moral and clean site, if comments are rude, hateful or have any other immoral issues they will be removed and the user will be removed. Some bad comments may slip past us. You may contact us with any complaints. We caount on people to contact us to report bad comments. If you contact us to report abuse or bad comments BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE TITLE OF THE FILE THE ABUSE IS ON..

Users
You will need to register to post comments. Users may be banned and/or removed without any warning and without any explanations. If you have been removed or band and don’t know why, you may contact us with your questions.
